Terms and Conditions

We have taken the time to write everything down in detail in the fine print so that we can be clear with everyone who uses the service what is, and what isn’t acceptable to us.

Our terms and conditions have been written in a way that hopefully “normal people” can understand. The key elements that you are agreeing to when you use our service are:

  • We don’t like sleazy, illegal or scammy activity. 
  • We promise to provide a high-quality service and have it up and running all of the time, but sometimes that may be out of our control.

No matter how hard we work, we can’t promise the impossible. If you can’t connect to the portal for a period of time please let us know right away, but please don’t shout at us, we will get things back up and running as soon as we possibly can.
